I'm Lindemberg, an engineering and operations specialist with over 25 years of hands-on experience across multiple manufacturing industries. I don’t deliver theoretical advice, I work directly within your operation to design, optimise, implement, install, operate, and maintain equipment and real-world systems that improve performance, efficiency, and profitability.
Starting in the pharmaceutical industry at the age of 18, I developed a deep understanding of the complete manufacturing process, from formulation through to production and scale-up. Over the years, I have worked across equipment design, installation, operation, maintenance, process optimisation, and manufacturing systems implementation.
Today, I apply that experience to help businesses increase efficiency, reduce costs without compromising quality, minimise waste, improve systems, and increase overall profitability.
